Getting started

You’ll schedule a 30-minute onboarding call with one of our medical billing specialists to get set up and talk through any questions you may have.

We’ll gather any bills or documents you’ve already received, and guide you through everything.

As bills come in

Snap a photo, send it to Medvo. Don’t worry about explaining what it’s for, or trying to remember whether you’ve already sent us an earlier bill for the same visit.

We’ll take a few steps:

1. 1 Review your bill to understand the charges and how they relate to bills you’ve already shared
2. 2 Analyze the charges in depth to identify potential billing errors and other opportunities to save you money
3. 3 Let you know what (if anything) is needed from you

You’ll be able to view all our explanations and analysis in your Medvo account.

If there’s a problem

If you’re being overcharged, Medvo will work directly with your healthcare providers and insurance company to fix the issue on your behalf.

We’ll let you know if anything is needed from you, but our goal is to take as much off your plate as possible.
